Checkout Page Redirect not Redirecting

Hi,

Upon testing the checkout process, and a few customer issues later, the discovery of the checkout button will not redirect to the confirmation page. The time swirl/spin just keeps on swirling in IE.

In Chrome:
This webpage has a redirect loop

The webpage at - has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
I did as suggested by clearing the cookies, loaded the page later.
Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS):
No one can make a purchase through checkout.

The checkout page and confirm page are included.

Thank you for your help.
