Double check your spam folder, the email may be trapped as spam.

also, Who is your host?

depending on your host, you may need to ensure that the From Address you use is a valid email address for your domain, and you may need to check the option to include the from address as an extra parameter.

depending on your host, you may also need to enter an SMTP Server name and port in the SMTP server settings for Universal Email.
