UE not sending email / two form elements newly added

Hello,

This post is non-related to what I posted regarding contact form and UE yesterday.

I've added two more form elements ("ad_detail" and "del_detail" both are text field) to checkout.php for my shopping site. (All the form elements given by eCart are used up.)
Both are stored in "Orders" table in Database.

I managed to make it work, it sends data to remote database perfectly (by clicking submit button on confirm.php). But Universal Email isn't sending any email, even to a directly typed in email address. I didn't think I did anything different from last time, and spent some good hours, but cannot figure out what is wrong.

The only difference are two form elements newly added, so I'm wondering, if there's any coding I'm supposed to add to some files relating to Universal Email? It would be great if you could take a look at files.

Confirm.php and checkout_success.php has error display code, but no error appearing when tested online.

FYI, I use 123-reg hosting, and I know this isn't a problem as other forms are working fine without SMTP setting.

I attached files that you might need to take a look.

Thank you always, for your help
Rika

p.s. by the way I am using DataBridge for some while, not Universal Email, to be precise.
