Links not working in menu

Hi
I created a small site

www.martynblair.co.uk

and put a MenuWriter menu onto the page using design extender.
When I initially did the index page I generated the menu using page addresses that later changed.

Now when I click on a menu item it still takes me to the original page not the new page,

For example clicking on supervision should take you to martyn_blair_counsellor_Supervision.php but it still takes you to supervision.htm which was the original link befor updating in MenuWriter.

Can someone shed some light on this for me please.

I have deleted all files from the remote server and re-uploaded but it's still wrong.

Also the first time I tried to update the menu, changing the links, it gave me a second menu on the page rather than just updating the original menu.
