Results page does not include all records

For some reason, on this website, when I insert a new record and go to the results page (siteimages_Results.php) the new record doesn't show. When I look at the record in MySQL Admin, the integer fields are NULL or blank even though the database says to default to zero. When I edit the records in MySQL Admin and change the NULL or blank to zero, they show up on the results page. I haven't had this problem before with any other client. I use the integer fields to search on in other queries/web pages so I need to be able to tell when something is a zero or a one.

The pages were created with DataAssist 2.0.5, which I also used to create "gallery pages" (thumbnail and detail pages) Those pages are fine, everything shows on them (that is supposed to). The siteimages.Results.php page just doesn't behave the same way.
