Email not sent from simple contact form

I'm trying to set up a simple contact form. Recently installed Super Suite including Data Bridge. Previously used Contact Form Solution Pack with no trouble! The form gets inserted onto the Dreamweaver page okay. I believe that it's functions are set correctly, see attached screen shot for waue...php file.

DW CS5.5 on Mac OSX 10.6.8

Also, can't see how to redirect user to a thankyou page after the form has sent.

Help appreciated!
