PowerCMS 2.1.1: activation, host installation and installed.png permission

Hi there,
I'm having a recurrent problem with file permission and the file installed.png while I’m installing PowerCMS 2.1.1 on the host. I did try too many times to get things going and in desperation I have reinstalled twice Power CMS 2.1.1 on the host; now I’m getting a message that I need to reactivate the Serial No. for Power CMS because I have all ready used up the installation SN twice for the same web site.

I would rather prefer not to have to Reset all the Activation codes for everyone of the Web Assist products I have purchased over the last few years.

The problem of my failed installation reside with the file installed.png; I had a look at the PowerCMS Forum and I’ve found the thread showthread.php?t=18806&highlight=installed.png which summarise the problem I’m having, unfortunately in this tread there are no clue in how I can fix my similar issues.

The file installed.png doesn’t like to be open by any software in my PC, I can’t change its file permission and has a tendency to disappear in cyberspace as soon as I uploaded it with the host.

To summarise:
• Can you re-issue me a reactivation code for Power CMS 2.1.1 alone?
• Can you help me to fix the installation issues I’m having with PowerCMS especially with the quirky installed.png file?

Ultimately I would like to use PowerCMS 2.1.1 with few other web sites I’m designing and I would like to understand how to fix the installation issues by myself. I have a web host reseller package with well over 40 sites on it without any doubts I will stumble again with the same problems when I will upload PowerCMS into the next site.
Thank you for your support
