Tired of Power CMS not working

Help!!!

Yet again I'm contacting you because my Power CMS is not working.

I havent had the chance to use it much but every time I do it just does not want to work.

As you can see from my support history this has been an ongoing problem, I have just purchased a new laptop and transferred everything over and used this for the first time, but cant get it to work.

I've carried out the steps detailed, connected to the DB, all the relative files have been uploaded to the DB, and added to the root folder but the Content Area has this messgae 'Content Area Not Found'

Can you help please???
