well, in your SQL, you have:
FROM pages WHERE Category LIKE '%Adhesion%' AND SubCategory LIKE '%Pull Off Adhesion Tester%';
INNER JOIN productssubcategory ON productssubcategory.url = pages.Pageurl

First you have the From section:
FROM pages

followed by the where clause:
WHERE Category LIKE '%Adhesion%' AND SubCategory LIKE '%Pull Off Adhesion Tester%';

followed by the inner join clause:
INNER JOIN productssubcategory ON productssubcategory.url = pages.Pageurl

actually looking at the code for the where clause separately, there is a semi colon at the end that should not be there

instead of having the where clause code before the inner join, it should come after the Inner join

SELECT Pageurl, Heading, ShortContentLeftPanel, ShortContent, Category, SubCategory FROM pages
INNER JOIN productssubcategory ON productssubcategory.url = pages.Pageurl
WHERE Category LIKE '%Adhesion%' AND SubCategory LIKE '%Pull Off Adhesion Tester%'
ORDER BY productssubcategory.myorder ASC"
