Site Importer not importing images

I believe I'm having the same problem, as I've been able to download the site pages for main.aspx but I can't retieve the product images. In looking at the source I'm seeing the following image reference

<a id="_ctl0__ctl0_datalistCategories__ctl0_hyperlinkCategory" title="Aglaonema" href="http://www.agreenplanet.com/store/main.aspx?p=PictureListBody&amp;c=PLTYAG"><img title="Aglaonema" src="../images_product/PLTYAG_md.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a>

I believe the importer is not resolving the image link properly and as a result is not seeing the image. It should resolve to PLTYAG_md.jpg

The site report is showing over 1500 pages that have been downloaded & zero images.

Is there a setting change I can make to help resolve the reference issue?

Any help would be greatly appriciated, as I need the images for a shopping cart.

Regards,
Jim
