Uploading photos from iPad

Dear Jason,

My site has gone live and it seems to be working ok. I've had a few calls about uploading photos from an iPad. I've checked my own iPad and the upload button is 'greyed' out and therefore unusable.

Is this a bug with iPads, or the upload program, or have I done something wrong. I attach the page with the upload field.

If it's an iPad problem, is it good practice to put a line beside the field saying - 'Cannot upload photos with an iPad device' or does this make the site look unprofessional.
