First you need to follow step 10:
10.Click the Browse button for the Go to field

this opens the window that allows you to browse for files in your site

the step 11:
11.Select the current page, which in our case is newsletter_unsubscribe.php

with the newsletter_unsubscribe.php selected, you can click the parameters button:
12.Click the Parameters button
