Editing A Form

Having the same issues

My first form.

I created 5 Field Sets and then deleted the 5th set.

The 5th set still shows at the bottom of the form and I can not get rid of it.

Also, the 4 field sets I have, I want 2 columns on all of them. The 2 column
Style formatting only works on the first Field Set and the 3 other field sets are
not the same width as Field Set 1. I want all the Field Sets to have the same width and
2 columns.

Each of the 4 Field Sets has one group under them with lines and sets in those.
I am doing it properly to get the 2 column view, but again, only Field Set 1 operates this way and the rest are way off in terms of looks.

How can I get this to work and remove the 5th Field set that was deleted and is now a mystery ghost that won't leave?

Thanks
