Large File Error - Any suggestions

I am running a dedicated Windows IIS7 machine with plenty of horsepower, along with PHP5.2.xxx

I have increased my PHP settings for the following, which are verified in a PHPINFO file:
File Size - 100M
Post Size - 125M
Memory Limit - 512M
Execution Time - 1800 (30 minutes)
Input Time - 600 (10 Minutes)

IIS 7 also has a hard limit of 30M upload limit. I have changed this on the server and site to 100M.

PROBLEM
I am trying to upload a 35 meg WAV file using dataassist and digital file pro.
Every browser (ie, firefox, chrome) returns a "page cannot be displayed" after about 2 - 3 minutes. Smaller files (under 10M) upload without any problems.

Any suggestions on what I try next? Is this a server/php setting issue, or does Digital File Pro have limits built into it I am not aware of.

EDIT: For the Record, this site is not using the DataBridge version of DataAssist and DFP. It is the latest versions prior.
