there is no need to be commanding, i will certainly look into the problem.
The issue is that your form is set to use the GET method, and the action of the form is "#"
change the form to use the POST method instead, and leave the action of the form blank.
You will also need to recreate the email body and rebind the From Address to use the POST instead of GET collection.
I see you are using smtpout.secureserver.net as the SMTP server, this is the GoDaddy server. I have had many issues with GoDaddy not sending emails in the past, here are a few tips when using GoDaddy:
1) Make sure you are using a Linux hosting account, the php mail() protocol does not work properly on GoDaddy Windows servers.
2) The From Address must be a valid address for your domain. Do not use a dynamic binding for the from address, hard code a valid email address for your domain. If you click the From button to enter the Advanced from settings, you can bind the REply To setting to the email address from your form.
3) On the email server tab, select the "Include From Address as additional parameter" option.
