Blank Authorization Screen blocking DM from Opening

I have a completely blank Free Tools Authorization screen blocking my dreamweaver from opening? I have deleted the folder from my dw site but still getting this & can't get my work done now.
Can someone please tell me how to override or get ride of this. I want to delete the program also (tried but apparently something didn't delete).
