Populate fields from a dropdowm menu/list

Dear Jason/Ray, I have two tables - one contains the name of teams (U-10, U-12, U-14,etc) and the other table contains the players.

Each managers sets-up their team, by registering their team - say U-12 team. The Team table contains: ID, username, password, Team Name, Captain Name, Captain email, Captain phone.

After he registers, he is brought to a login page and after logging in, he will see his team name and a list of players from the players table (the only players in the table after registering, will be the captain - the captain is also added to the players table as well as the Team table at registration). The manager can now add into the players table the additional players on his team.

QUESTION
I want to give the manager the option to change the captain of his team if he wishes. The idea would be to go to an 'edit team page' and have a dropdown menu from which he could choose the new captain from. The dropdown would pull its information from the players table, but it would be limited by a recordset that only shows players related to a particular team, say U-12's.

I hope you understand what I'm trying to do. Can DataBridge help me here?
