Use Authorize.net AND paypal

Currently our store is set up to use Authorize.net for the payment gateway, however we also need the ability to use paypal as well... the store is already customized to the nines (setting up free delivery zipcodes) limiting types to checkout all sorts of things.

Is this even possible as is? Is there somebody out there that can add this functionailty, and if so what would you charge?
