Issues with Dreamweaver CS6 Free Tools

I am having the same issue with Free Tools but on the Google Tool Kit.
At line 2 of file "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS6\en_US\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\GoogleToolkit\shared.js": wa is not defined.

Removing the .dat file and reinstalling produces the exact same error message.
I am using a Win7 on a 64bit HP machine with 2GB RAM. Using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 version 12 build 5842.

The WebAssist on the top bar shows google indicating a dropdown, however this does not work.
The preferences button gets this error:
The following JavaScripterror(s) occurred. Unable to open script file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\LayoutManager\shared.js" (error 3).
Web Assist Preferences shows preview not disabled, mento never and RSS feeds active.
