DBSK Tutorial doesn't match up with MySQL Workbench

I'm trying to follow the Flash tutorial for DataAssist Starter Kit, but the tutorial uses an interface for MySQL Query Browser which just doesn't match up with the current MySQL Workbench at all. I was able to create a new db and table with columns but there doesn't seem to be any simple way to get to anything like a "ResultSet 1" window to start entering information into the columns. I'm getting very confused trying to work back and forth with the tutorial. The interface in MySQL Workbench is so different now that it is very difficult to follow along.

Is another tutorial on the way, or is there somewhere on the web where I can find a simple tutorial that will make the rest of DBSK make sense?
