I actually have spoken with Ray and tested a purchase in the store but when I did it I was using Firefox and not IE. The complaint by her customers is that they are not able to complete the purchase and this is all I have to go by but I am assuming it is IE that is giving the trouble because of the successful purchase I made in Firefox.
This is only when adding CC info and checking out, it does not seem to be while navigating the site.
