Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc

I am using PowerCMS Builder and have been for a couple of years. Recently, a client insisted that I host his site at Mac Highway. They have shown where they support the latest and greatest (stable) releases of PHP/MySQL. However, I can get it to work on my local system using a WAMP stack, on my dedicated server, and also at BlueHost without any issues at all. When I try to upload everything to the machighway.com server, I get the following errors. I really need to get this resolved and would appreciate any help. Thanks!
