Header Modifying Error

Hi,

I am confused and can't find the problem. I get this error upon submitting the form.

Warning: mail() [function.mail]: Could not execute mail delivery program '/usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i' in /home/davidsit/public_html/WA_Universal_Email/mail_PHP.php on line 254

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/davidsit/public_html/WA_Universal_Email/mail_PHP.php:254) in /home/davidsit/public_html/contact.php on line 35

Here is code for line 254:
$mailObj = mail($mailTo,$mailSubject,$mailContent,$mailHeader);

Here is code for contact.php lines 33-36:
33. //Send Mail All Entries
34. if ("index.php"!="") {
35. header("Location: thankyou.php");
36. }

Didn't change a thing. Just applied template to page. Made sure everything copied correctly. Adjusted WA_Globals and uploaded everything. Don't know what happened.
