Universal Email File Upload Issues

I have Dreamweaver CS6 and I am trying to create a file upload page. I haven't used this extension since I upgraded to CS6, so I'm not sure if it is compatible. Anyway, when I try to add the file download behavior, I click on the lightning bolt to add a dynamic file and the new window flashes and keeps flashing after I try to select my dynamic selection. Then, I have to Force Quit Dreamweaver to close the webassist window. I have cleared out the cache, removed and re-installed the latest version of Universal Email 4.01 and it still won't work.
