Unusual Behavior In CSS Form Builder

I am getting some strange behavior when trying to edit "CSS Form Builder - Form Groups" I am wondering if someone that has the latest Creative Cloud version of Dreamweaver (12.1) and the latest version of Data Bridge (1.0.9) installed on their PC could confirm that they are getting the same issue.

To duplicate the problem I am having do the following:

  1. Open the preset manager.
  2. Select "CSS Form Builder - Form Groups" from the drop down list.
  3. Select "Contact" and press the "Edit" button.
  4. Select "Comments" and click "OK".
  5. Select "Line 2" and click on the up button.

For me the buttons are not active, that is I can click them but nothing happens. For them to work I have to move focus away from Dreamweaver by clicking on my second screen, then when I click back into Dreamweaver. I can now use the buttons and they work fine.
