Pages, sub-pages and ordering

Hi there

I've decided to use PowerCMS on a site I've just finished so the client can handle all the content from now on. Unless I'm mistaken, and I've trawled the forums and documentation, it seems to be missing some fundamental features.

Looking at the data, there are these two fields in the pcms2_contents table: ContentPageSetOrder and ParentID.

These look like they allow the pages (content created from a template) to be custom ordered and allow nesting of pages, ie. page, sub-page, sub-page, etc.

This functionality is vital in most websites. I want the site owner to be able to add new pages and place them beneath other pages to allow for categories. I also want them to be able to choose the order in which they appear in the nav menu.

As the database has this information, am I missing something as to how to make use of this? The admin area doesn't seem to allow either of these features and it would mean this solution won't work for the site I've planned it for.

Your advice would be very much appreciated.

All the best

Jon
