Error since latest CS6 update

Installed the update to CS6 the other day. Found that WA extensions were not around any more so I enabled them in Extension manager.

I then got an error message. I did the usual (deleting the catche etc) but still got the error. So I have just un-installed all four extensions (DB, eCart5, DE and Free tools). Deleted the configuration folder and r-einstalled the extensions. I have imported a preset design for the site I'm working on.

This is the error.

When creating DataAssist pages, on selecting my preset (under the Design Preset heading) I get the attached error

Any ideas?
