Kudos to "Patrice" for sharing this link!

If you have a excel file, check out this link:
csv2sql.evandavey.com/

I have used this to move cvs files into mysql easily... might solve your issue

I opened my CSV contact list with openoffice.org calc, made necessary changes (delete all unnecessary columns) to the fields to reflect those of pm1_users as provided by Ray Borduin: (Thank YOU for this!)

Here is a screen shot of the three tables that you might want to import into.
( use this link to see the scree shot image of the pm1_user table showthread.php?t=20189&page=2 )

Save your new list as a .CSV file, use the Online CSV to SQL Converter to open your new .CSV file, press "go" to write the necessary SQL statement.., copy the result and paste into pm1_user table via phpmyadmin - Run SQL query/queries - voilĂ !

Success @ last!!
