Replace Div CKEditor

In the samples of CKEditor, you are able to double click on a div and the editor will automatically pop up so you can edit the page. Very nice. I've got it built, but need to now be able to apply a text field to the editor. You may view what I am referring to here...

Any ideas on how to do it with the div? I've done it obviously with the static editor, but am unclear on how it would be defined in the replace div.
