Universal Email - Body Href Linking

I have an .asp form with a email address text field. This form posts to a Database Insert and I have added UE to send the form details via email as well.

I have been able to add the various form elements into the Body section of the UE including the Email Address field. When the email is sent, I receive the email showing the email address but it is standard text.

How do I add the <a href mailto: to the added field of <%=cStr(Request.Form("PC_Email"))%> so that I get a linked email field in the posted email.

I tried

Email: <a href=mailto:<%=cStr(Request.Form("PC_Email"))%></a>

But when the email is sent i see nothing after Email:
