eCart 5.0.6 language support

I need to create a shopsystem in two languages: german and english.
For the static pages i will copy them and replace the textelements and place an language symbol to switch between the two languages so the user get the other page (language).
Now i need a way, to modify the shop section. i don't want to copy this part like the static pages because of the database, the adjustment of charges, discounts and so on.
In future the administration of the shop should also be in one place - for both languages and not separately for each other.

We use for another client the eCart 4 so we take a look on your website for an versionupgrade. At the feature list of eCart 5 i found this:

- Multi-language button support:
Dutch
English
French
German
Italian
Spanish

Can i realise the multilanguage shop with eCart 5 in only one shop section?
