Delete Popup Box Far off Screen

I cannot figure out how to get the delete popup box to center on the page. I found the code for it but I can't figure out which elements to change. The problem is it pops up way to the right. I am guessing I setup a width on a previous div wrong and when it fits the width and height to 100%, it becomes to wide. Screenshot attached, if you look at the horizontal scroll bar, it goes way off to the right (1669px to be exact).

<wa:deletebutton>
<div class="black_overlay" id="deleteBox"></div>
<div class="messageContainer" id="deleteMessage">
<div class="messageWrapper">
<div class="messageContent">
This will permanently remove the record from your database.<br/>
This action cannot be undone.<br/><br/>
<input type="submit" value="Delete" class="formButton Sharp" id="Delete" name="Delete" />
<input type="button" value="Cancel" class="formButton Sharp" id="Cancel" name="Cancel" onclick="document.getElementById('deleteBox').style.display = 'none';document.getElementById('deleteMessage').style.display = 'none';" />
</div>
</div>
</div></wa:deletebutton>
