Confused. Updated and lost menu

Sorry, I changed the menu names. The sitesculptor template won't, but the admin template has it around line 56.

<?php require_once("../CSSMenuWriter/cssmw/menu.php"); ?>

cssmw_content/menu.php is for the main navigation while the cssmw/menu.php is for the admin navigation. That is the one I am getting the error with. Like I mentioned, I had both menus there fine, updated one of the links through MenuWriter interface, then when I uploaded changes, the other menu was gone and the error appeared. I was making the change in the sitesculptor page (it doesn't even have the admin menu there).

If you even type in the link it says is an error - menu.php - the menu shows up, just not formatted.
