Payment Pro - Express Checkout Issue

Hello to you all.
I have a custom shipping calculation based on the eCart_shipping_country, and dynamically values comes from a recordset based on the country code. when the option is pay by credit card all runs nicely, the shipping is added accordingly, but if the user opt by express checkout and go to paypal sign in when the user comes back to the site the session is created but is not pulling the shipping prices from the recordset. What am i doing wrong?

I tested the session echoing it and it is there.
