Confused. Updated and lost menu

I updated some template menu files and some other things, sent the updates to the other pages using it, and then I get this:

Warning: require_once(../CSSMenuWriter/cssmw2/menu.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

The file is definitely there and it was just working before the update. I went into the menu writer for my main menu to get rid of the dynamic menu that wasn't working. It said my page needed saved so I did. I then went to that corresponding menu.php file and nothing changed. I figured I would update it anyways and then the menu stopped working.

dashboard.php

Even if I make the require link a direct full link to the file, it says it doesn't exist.
