Javascript error when opening DW

Have you tried deleting the "configuration folder"

then once deleted..go into Adobe Extension manager remove all the extensions...
then load up dreamweaver (which will then re-create the configuration folder) close dreamweaver...then reinstall all the WebAssist extenstions...then install the extensions in the order that I beleive can be found somewhere in the forum...

also before you delete the configuation folder if you had customized the dreamweaver workspace then just copy that workspace file and save it somewhere safe on your computer..once the new configation folder has been created then copy back that workspace file (just in case you customized the interface)
