Connecting PowerCMS to existing MySQL database

to transition from the local site to the live site, you will need to first export the tables that where created in the local database using PHPMyAdmin or another MySQL GUI Tool, then import the tables to the remote Database.

after that has been completed, you would need to update Connections/PowerStoreConnection.php file to connect to the remote MySQL Database.

When using Power CMS Builder, it is usually easier to set the DW Site up to use the remote Server as the testing server so that there is not a need to do the transition after CMS has been created.
