What email setting goes to the sales deptartment?

Which part of the email settings do I change to make sure that the emails are going to the sales department. I need to do sales@companyname.com for the orders to be processed, but I then need to make emails look like they have come from sales@websitename.com.

Basically, the company that owns the website doesn't want to be seen as the owner because they also supply other online stores and don't want to show favouritism... hence the need to use two different email addresses. Is this possible?

Thank you.
