Yes, I'm having the same issue.

Tried reinstalling HTML Editor extension (3.02)
Tried Deleting teh Webassist files
Tried deleting teh MySQL database tables
Tried installing the latest stable CFK Editor
Tried re-building the form and adding the HTML Editor to the text area
Tried changing to compatibility mode.

None of the above works!

This is happening on each site that I add the HTML Editor.

Can anyone publish any solutions?
