Social Widget W3C validation error

I have pluged in the Social widet into footer, ran W3C validation and got error which reads:
" reference to external entity in attribute value [XHTML 1.0 transitional]"

I then right clicked on my mouse and chose "more info"

"error descrition:
...//www.delicious.com/save?v=58noul&jump=close&url='+'(<php echo urlendcode999!e"

In the cose listed above the error window has displayed the second "=" sign in red and it goes on to read...
"This is generally the sign of an ampersant that was not properly escaped for inclusion in an attribut, in a href for example. You will need to escape all instanced of '&/ into '&'.

Ok so like.. I am just relaying the errors... I am redoing the css for AthenaInsurance.com

thanks
