Way over my head

I am in over my head on this project. After researching eCommerce solutions, I thought eCart would be the one for me. I used dreamweaver to create all my sites, and a plugin made sense to me. My hosting provider does not allow remote access to their databases, so I have to use PHPmyadmin on their site, and it is all so confusing. I thought converting a CSV into a database would be a simple task, but this is not the case for me. I am completely clueless when it comes to mySQL, and any documentation I have read on the subject might as well be in written in Japanese. All i wanted was a store driven by a simple database with three fields.

part number, description, price

Any attempts to import my CSV into a new database I have created fail, and my hosting company support sucks, and unfortunately I cannot switch hosts.

Our customers know the part numbers for the items they need, so in theory this was going to be easy. I can't even get to step one, because I am too dumb to get a database up and going. Whats the refund policy on the dynamic suite?
