Java Errors - Dataassit diferences

OK, just spent several hours uninstalling all the web assist tools and the re-installing them. I still get Java Script errors when I start Dreamweaver like the ones attached.

In addition to this with Data Assist I used to add the data_assit wizard and then chose a template to define the look of my pages, I can't seem to find this option.

It also states each time I start the DataAssist Create pages application that I have to connect to upload my database connections ... they are already there. When I say go ahead and upload them they say check you connections, testing server may not be connected properly. I am already connected to my database.

When I try to create pages even after I define which connection and database I want it to use it doesn't go smoothly.

A bit frustrated here.

Where are the "Starting Dataassit" instructions for this new procedure? online?
