I'd like to update an item in the cart (ie., update the cookie)

Hey Jason, thanks for responding quickly (again) :)

Can I send you this info privately?

The process is as follows :

-on login, any saved info in the db is loaded into the cart cookie for the users
-changes made while logged in are made to the cart cookie
-on logout, the cookie is saved to the db

For this particular item, I have a few extra steps.
-on click, the value of pricechecked is set to "yes"
-the action of the form is set to add a variable (the code of the book in question)
-the form is submitted, updating the cart contents/cookie
-after submission the user is sent to pricecheck.php which inserts a new record in a table
-the user returns to the profile page
-on logout, new info saved to db

However this is not happening.

I can send you the details privately. Thanks!
