Rebooted -- installation of SiteAssist Pro 1.0.6 still fails

I'm running Dreamweaver CS4 Version 10.0 build 4117
with Adobe Extension Manager CS4
(Extension Manager apparently doesn't have a "release level",
other than CS4)

Dreamweaver and my WebAssist extensions were all working properly, until
I received the email notifications about updates SiteAssist Pro 1.0.6,
CSS Menu Writer 2.0.2, and CSS Sculptor 2.0.4

I followed the instructions in the email, and uninstalled SiteAssist Pro 1.0.4.
Then everything else failed.
I'm not going to try to update CSS Menu Writer or CSS Sculptor, for fear that
those updates won't work, either.

I got the error messages shown below...
===================

ERRORS ENCOUNTERED ON DREAMWEAVER STARTUP:

"Unable to find file WA_Memento.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory.
The floater will not be shown."

===

"The following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
Unable to open script file
C:Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\
Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\Library\WA_Configuration.js (error 3)."

*******ERNIE'S NOTE:
THE JAVASCRIPT ERROR NOTED ABOVE WAS DISPLAYED TWICE.
THEN DREAMWEAVER OPENED.
*******ERNIE'S NOTE:
THERE IS NO SUCH DIRECTORY AS
C:Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\
Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\Library
IN FACT, THERE IS NO "WebAssist" directory at all, in the Configuration\Shared directory.

Presumably there used to be, because Dreamweaver never displayed these error messages
until I did the "uninstall" of SiteAssist Pro 1.0.4

-------------------
ERRORS ENCOUNTERED ON ATTEMPT TO INSTALL SITEASSIST PRO 1.0.6
I Got through the point of accepting the disclaimer...

Then the installation crashed, with this message:
"Internal error (please contact technical support).
The extension will not be installed."
