nav behavior issues

I'm new to MenuWriter and an intermediate in Dreamweaver proficiency. I'm getting some strange behavior issues on my 2-level nav, specifically some of the 2nd level nav items fall off (disappear) in hover state and all 2nd level items pulsate in hover state. Template page can be seen at master3.html. Advice greatly appreciated.
