SiteAssist Pro 1.0.6 update breaks Dreamweaver

To prepare for installing version 1.0.6, I uninstalled version 1.0.4.
I restarted Dreamweaver and got several error messages about missing files (including one that said "the floater will not appear", or something like that).

Then I tried to install SiteAssistPro 1.0.6, and the Extension Manager failed partway through, saying that the extension will not be installed.

This puts me out of business, until you or I can undo whatever it is that happened when I did the WebAssist procedures...
