CSS Sculptor - Error Message - WA_localURLToFilePath is not defined

I purchased Super Site today and installed the three Dreamweaver extensions.

When I went to use Css Sculptor, I got the following error message:

WA_localURLToFilePath is not defined

After reading this post, I deleted the three extensions and added them back in this order:

First - ecart
Second - Data Bridge
Third - Design Extender

During the installation process there were a few pop-ups that said there was a newer file already installed and asked if I to use the newer. I am pretty sure I said to use the newer file.

When I went to use CSS Sculptor, I got the same message.

This is very frustrating. This is a long process of loading and unloading the extensions.
