fixed footer problem

Thanks Jason.

I've been there, all that does is push the footer down 40px so it is no longer anchored to the bottom of the screen but below it.

As I mentioned in my earlier post, the issue is there straight from CSS sculptor. If I edit the layout to full width header AND fixed full width footer.

The footer always sits below the bottom of the screen
