OptionID is displaying, not the OptionName

Thanks that helped clear up the Syntax errors.

I have another question for you so thanks for taking a look at this:

When viewing my cart, the OptionID is displaying, not the OptionName.

Could you tell me which server behavior or other code I need to edit?
