Product options in random order

Product options in random order

Hi, is there a way to get my product options to appear in the order i create them?. on some product pages the options are in order like

products_detail.php?ProductID=63.

but on the other page:

products_detail.php?ProductID=59.

i have found that deleting and re-creating the option, sometimes sorts this issue out. But is a major headache. i have had a look through related posts on here but i think they are for older versions of powerstore as i do not have the file location CSSMenuWriter/cssmw_home/menu.php

Plus when you click on one option being silver or black under the option (case colour), the option below it (Image Finish - Glossy Metal) appears above ???
